He is also said to have swindled five fellow teachers out of 730,000 Rwf, claiming he could help them access quick loans under the \u201cGira Iwawe Mwarimu\u201d housing program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorities confirmed that the suspect was arrested at his school on September 17, 2025, in Kinyanzovu Cell, Cyanzarwe Sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cyanzarwe Executive Secretary, Honor\u00e9 Mugisha, said the teacher was apprehended following a complaint filed by the school\u2019s headmaster. \u201cHe was arrested after the school head raised the alarm, having received complaints from parents who said he had defrauded them.
