{"id":1337,"date":"2025-10-06T05:13:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T05:13:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/africadiplomacy.net\/?p=1337"},"modified":"2025-10-06T05:13:45","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T05:13:45","slug":"rubavu-man-found-dead-hanging-in-a-lodge-room","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/africadiplomacy.net\/?p=1337","title":{"rendered":"Rubavu: Man Found Dead Hanging in a Lodge Room"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A man believed to be around 27 years old has been found dead, hanging from a rope inside a lodge room in Rubavu District, Western province .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The body was discovered on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at around 10:20 a.m. in Nyakabungo Village, Bugoyi Cell, Gisenyi Sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Secretary of Gisenyi Sector, Uwineza Francine, confirmed the incident, noting that the lodge management had committed a serious violation by hosting a client without registering his identity. \u201cThe deceased, whose identity remains unknown, was found dead.
