In a candid interview following the arrests, Alien Skin made it clear that he will not protect or defend any member of his camp engaged in illegal acts, emphasizing that criminality has no place in his music movement.

Among those recently arrested and later released on police bond are Shafan Baluku, popularly known as Commander Mudogo, Isma Mijagulo, and Ibra Kabadiya all prominent figures within the Fangone Forest collective. The arrests have drawn widespread media attention, sparking debate about the conduct of some members associated with Uganda\u2019s fast-rising street music scene.
Alien Skin, who was himself briefly detained during the investigations but later cleared of any wrongdoing, said he fully supports the authorities\u2019 decision to take firm action against lawbreakers, even if they are part of his circle. \u201cThose who were arrested were arrested for a reason. Every person who commits a crime must face justice,\u201d Alien Skin said. \u201cIf we say we have changed, we must live by that. You cannot claim to be reformed while repeating the same mistakes.\u201d

The artist reiterated his firm stance on accountability, warning that his fame and influence will never be used as a shield for offenders.\u201cLet it be known anyone in Fangone Forest who thinks they can commit crime and I will defend them or use my connections to intervene, you are wrong,\u201d he stated. \u201cIf you are not a criminal, you will stay out of prison; but if you commit a crime, you belong inside.\u201d
Alien Skin also took the opportunity to defend his reputation, distancing himself from the accusations that have surrounded some of his followers. \u201cI am not a criminal,\u201d he emphasized. \u201cIf I was, I wouldn\u2019t be walking free today.\u201d

The singer\u2019s remarks come at a time when Fangone Forest, known for its bold street-inspired sound and raw lyrical style, faces growing scrutiny from both the public and law enforcement. Alien Skin has repeatedly said he founded the group to empower underprivileged youth through music, not to promote violence or delinquency.
