Rwandan music star The Ben stunned fans with a surprise appearance at T Paul\u2019s concert in Kampala on August 22, 2025, dispelling speculation that he had traveled to the Ugandan capital to support Sheebah Karungi, his collaborator on the hit song Binkolera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That evening, Kampala was the stage for two major events: Sheebah held her comeback concert at the Serena Hotel after maternity leave, while T Paul performed at the Lugogo Cricket Oval. The Ben electrified the crowd at T Paul\u2019s show with his unexpected performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sources told Africa Diplomacy that organizers of T Paul\u2019s concert had specifically invited The Ben to surprise fans, partly to prevent him from attending Sheebah\u2019s concert, which could have drawn a large Rwandan community living in Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The performance came just days after the abrupt postponement of The Ben\u2019s Kigali concert, Music in Space, which was canceled due to the illness of its lead organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following his Kampala appearance, The Ben is scheduled to perform in the United Kingdom on August 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
