Rwandan superstar The Ben and his wife Uwicyeza Pamella have flown to Bali, Indonesia, where the singer is set to film two brand-new music videos.
Arriving on October 8, 2025, The Ben was accompanied by Director Gad, who will oversee the creative direction and production of the visuals. “Yes, I’m currently in Bali,” he said. “I’m here to work on at least two music projects before I return.”
The trip marks The Ben’s comeback to active music production following a nine-month hiatus without releasing any new material. It also comes as he prepares for his eagerly awaited ‘The New Year Groove’ concert, set to be held for the second time at BK Arena in Kigali.
Beyond the professional side, the journey serves as a romantic getaway for the couple, who recently celebrated the birth of their first child in Belgium and introduced their baby to close family and friends.
Bali, the island where the artist will be shooting his videos, is one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking travel destinations, famed for its white-sand beaches, lush tropical landscapes, scenic waterfalls, rich cuisine, welcoming locals, and luxury resorts.
Spanning approximately 5,780 square kilometers, Bali attracts millions of visitors each year. According to the island’s tourism authority, more than 16 million tourists visited in 2024, including over six million international travelers.
Rwandans wishing to visit Bali must obtain a visa. Visitors staying less than 30 days can get one upon arrival, while those planning a longer stay are required to apply for it beforehand.
